Art Deco town house with an asymmetrical composition, signed on the base by the architect L. Fayaux, 1931. The yellow-brick façade is set off with rendered elements, white stone and bluestone. A trapezoidal projection with fluted friezes carries a terrace with a parapet incorporating a wrought-iron railing, in front of a triple window. The door is preceded by a small open porch whose bevelled stone posts, with successive set-backs, carry a flat canopy, and the first-floor window is topped by the inscription "MY HOME". The joinery, the flat cornice and the wrought-iron railing of the front garden survive; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
