Art Deco town house with an asymmetrical composition, built in 1928 by the architect François Gosselin. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof, in red brick enhanced with rendered elements and bluestone, has a main bay topped by a gable and fronted by a projection on a trapezoidal plan, which extends to form a porch beneath a terrace with a wrought-iron railing. The spandrel of the projection bears the inscription “LA SOURIANTE” on the upper floor; the gable, pierced by an octagonal oculus, is crowned by a bas-relief of a basket of fruit. The round-arched door with its stepped surround and the cornice survive; the stained-glass transom lights were reused when the window frames were replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
