Art Deco town house built in 1933 by the architect Camille Breeus. The yellow and red brick façade with emphasised horizontal joints is enhanced with burgundy and cream ceramic tiles and bluestone; the three-storey elevation rises above a semi-basement garage. On the right, a canted single-storey oriel continues as the parapet of a terrace; the concrete slab covering it extends on a curved plan over the porch, where it is topped by two further decorative L-shaped slabs. The original door, with an oblong grilled opening, survives. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
