Art Deco town house signed on the base by the architect Louis Tenaerts, 1928. The elevation of two equal bays and two storeys under a mansard roof is in brick painted pink, set off with white stone and cement elements, now painted. On the ground floor, two stepped round arches contain a window and a recessed entrance porch housing a round-arched door and an octagonal window. On the upper floor, two triangular oriels on corbels, a mullion of stacked geometric elements and a decoration of scrolls and inverted triangles enliven the façade. The deep overhanging cornice and the dormer joinery have been clad in PVC and the window frames replaced; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
