Art Deco block of flats with a ground-floor shop, dated 1933 and probably designed by the architect Pierre Netels for himself or a member of his family. The four-storey elevation has a yellow brick façade, partly laid on edge, enhanced with imitation bluestone and bluestone; the ground-floor jambs are faced with marble. The two unequal upper bays are each marked by a trapezoidal or triangular oriel, the first carrying a terrace with a wrought-iron railing in front of a T-shaped French window. The shopfront has been altered, a mansard roof recently added and the joinery replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
