Art Deco town house built in 1934 by the architect René Burgraeve, who signed the plinth and had designed the neighbouring house (no. 61) the previous year. The yellow-brick façade with emphasised horizontal joints, enhanced with white stone and bluestone, has an asymmetrical three-storey elevation, the top storey partly treated as a mansard slope, under a flat roof. The small recessed entrance porch, with curved side walls marked by three string courses, shelters the door flanked by two narrow windows; each upper floor is marked by a small oriel, the second treated as a turret with a banded crest and a geometric finial. The cornices and joinery survive, including the door and side windows with wrought-iron scroll grilles. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
