A former polishing-products factory in the Art Deco style, signed and dated 1923 by the architect Maurice Van Nieuwenhuyse. The complex combines a central street-front building, which housed the offices and a dwelling, with factory wings arranged in a U around a courtyard. The symmetrical façade in orange brick, white artificial stone and bluestone has round-arched openings on the ground floor, oriels on the upper floor and an entablature with mosaic panels of geometric design; the side windows of the upper floor retain leaded glazing with a bee motif. Converted into a cultural and artistic centre in the 1980s, the complex is recorded in the legal inventory.
