Art Deco town house built in 1930 by the architect Pierre Netels for Albert Debecker, who added a clothing workshop at the rear in 1958. The symmetrical three-storey façade, in orange brick enhanced with white imitation stone and bluestone, has on the ground floor a door, a garage entrance and a window with polygonal arches beneath a continuous archivolt. The projecting first floor carries two triangular bay windows linked by a balcony with a geometric wooden railing, beneath a timber-framed canopy. The cornice, canopy, railing and doors with transoms survive.
