Art Deco block of flats designed in 1932 by the architect Égide Dekeuleneer for a family member, on a polygonal plot at the corner of Rue de Moorslede. The four-storey building has a symmetrical façade of two wide bays linked by a narrower one on a pointed plan, in thin brown brick enhanced with white imitation stone and bluestone. The bays are flanked by giant pilasters decorated on the top floor with a geometric bas-relief, and the side bays carry, on the middle floors, a two-storey oriel on a trapezoidal plan. Inside, one flat per floor is served by a staircase on a polygonal plan. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
