Art Deco town house designed in 1927 by the architect Louis Tenaerts. The two-storey façade beneath a central polygonal gable, in red brick with white artificial stone, white stone and blue stone on a sandstone rubble plinth, is fronted by a trapezoidal projection topped by a terrace. In the entrance bay, a two-storey projection forms a porch with a stepped arch, surmounted by a polygonal volume under a pitched roof with a window divided by a polygonal column mullion. Some reveals are topped with scroll decoration; the original joinery, including the door with an octagonal grilled opening and the transoms with glass cabochons, survives. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
