Art Deco apartment building with shops on the ground floor, designed in 1932 by the architect J. Manneback, whose signature and date appear on the base. It has five storeys, the top one treated as a mansard, and a symmetrical three-bay elevation in red brick set off with white artificial stone and bluestone. On the upper floors, the side bays form pointed oriels beneath terraces, while the central bay is flanked by giant pilasters rising through the cornice, with spandrel panels bearing geometric decoration. On the upper floors, the transom lights are filled with stained glass; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
