Art Deco town house designed in 1922 by the architect Lucien François, who signed it on the base. It has two equal bays and two storeys beneath a mansard roof with an overhanging lower slope, and a red-brick façade set off with white stone and bluestone. The door and neighbouring window have stone surrounds decorated with geometric motifs. On the upper floor, two trapezoidal bays rise to the cornice, framing a circular stone panel depicting a cockerel. The joinery with glazing bars survives; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
