Art Deco block of flats designed by the architects Camille Breeus and Paul-Benoit de Wilde in 1935. The building of two unequal bays and three storeys under a flat roof has a brown-brick façade with emphasised horizontal joints, set off with facings of royal blue, black and red ceramic tiles. The left bay is treated as a projection with a canted side, while the entrance bay is bordered by a giant pilaster rising through the cornice; the recessed porch extends into a flat canopy with a curved corner, and the steps are lined with curved flower boxes. On the upper floors, loggias with parapets have tubular handrails. The glazed door with geometric decoration and the window frames of the entrance bay, with glazing bars and patterned glass, survive; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
