Art Deco town house built by the architect Henri Brons in 1934 and signed on the plinth. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof combines yellow brick and white-stone slabs, enhanced with bluestone. A central projection on a trapezoidal plan with paired concrete columns rises to the cornice and incorporates the entrance beneath a flat canopy on a curved plan; the four-column timber dormer has a similar cornice. The door with its grilled opening, the window frames with stained glass and the original front-garden railing survive, the grilles and stained glass sharing the same geometric design. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
