Art Deco town house designed by and for the architect Henri Brons in 1933 and signed on the plinth. The two-storey façade of brick and stone slabs is now painted white. A two-storey rectangular central projection contains the door, separated from a window by a wooden column, and slit windows on its side faces; on the upper floor, a window on a trapezoidal plan with two wooden columns is flanked by statues of seated dogs. The door with its grilled opening and the window frames filled with stained glass survive, the grilles and stained glass sharing the same geometric design. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
