Art Deco town house designed by and for the architect Henri Brons in 1933 and signed on the plinth. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof is faced with white-stone slabs, enhanced with bluestone. A shallow rectangular central projection rising above the cornice contains the door, separated from a window by a wooden column, a strip window on the upper floor and slit windows on its side faces. The door with its grilled opening, the window frames filled with clear stained glass and the original front-garden railing survive, the grilles and stained glass sharing the same geometric design. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
