Art Deco town house designed in 1923 by the architect Joseph de Bouver. The two-storey façade of two unequal bays, in red brick with white stone (now painted) and blue stone on a plinth of green sandstone rubble, has a mansard roof over the entrance bay and a gable over the main bay. The round-arched door sits within a stepped surround; on the upper floor, twin windows are fronted by a curved balcony with wrought-iron railings. The gable is pierced by a wide round-arched window with two mullions; the door with geometric grilles and windows with yellow cathedral glass survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
