Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect G. Schlosser in 1938. The three-storey façade, in orange brick laid on end for the curved sections and enhanced with blue stone, is dominated on the upper floors by a wide oriel with curved corners pierced by ribbon windows, followed by the preserved cornice. The door with a convex splay and the doors with grilled openings complete the composition. Inside survive the stairwell beneath a roof lantern with a wooden banister of geometric design, glazed doors of hammered glass, ceilings with stepped mouldings and yellow and green tiling on the first floor. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
