Two-dwelling house in the Art Deco style, signed on the base by the architect Jean Hendrickx in 1937, within a coherent row of buildings with small front gardens. The brown brick façade with emphasised horizontal joints, set off with white stone, artificial stone and bluestone, is framed by two projecting bays with rounded corners linked by a curved balcony. It retains its wrought-iron grilles with a geometric pattern, its oculi, its ceramic wall coping and its geometric stained glass. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
