Group of three similar Art Deco middle-class houses, designed in 1929 by the architect Pierre Heine on his own account, within a coherent row of buildings with front gardens (nos. 7 to 63). The façades, in red brick (nos. 13 and 17) or orange brick (no. 15), are enhanced with rendered elements, white stone and blue stone. Their asymmetrical composition plays on bays with staggered levels and successive setbacks, the main bay, with a triangular crowning, being marked by a trapezoidal projection beneath a terrace. The wrought-iron grilles are scrolled; at no. 13 most of the window frames are preserved, those of the entrance bay incorporating geometric stained glass, and at no. 17 the stained glass of the entrance bay was reused in the replaced frames. The buildings are recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
