Asymmetrical Art Deco apartment house, signed and dated on the plinth 'A. LIBOTTE / ARCHITECTE / 1933'. It belongs to a coherent row of buildings of the same period, from no. 2 to no. 14. The orange-brick façade, enlivened with white artificial stone and blue stone, opens through a recessed entrance porch with a scalloped arch and carries a polygonal bow window under a pitched roof. The artificial stone bears Art Deco decoration of steps, fluting, scrolls, flowers and spheres; the original wooden dormer and part of the original joinery, with sash windows, survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
