Art Deco apartment building signed by the architect P. Eenens, 1936. The three-storey façade in straw-coloured brick, enhanced with blue stone, is marked on its axis by a full-height rectangular oriel under a flat roof. On each floor it is flanked by two French windows fronted by a balcony with a curved corner, whose parapet extends the oriel. A crowning cornice with curved corners tops the façade; the joinery, including the door with a grilled opening, is preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
