On the corner of rue Edmond Tollenaere in Laeken, an Art Deco apartment building with a ground floor used as a café, designed in 1933 by an architect of the cooperative society "Les Habitations pour tous". The five-storey flat-roofed building has two façades of two bays each, linked by a corner bay, in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints and bluestone dressings. Each façade is marked on the middle storeys by a two-bay oriel beneath a terrace with a parapet, and the corner bay, curved on its first three upper storeys, is crowned by stacked concrete bands. A sign reading "LA TAVERNE NEYBERGH" was planned on the corner bay; the ground floor has been altered and the window frames replaced. Originally there was one apartment per floor; the building is recorded in the inventory.
