Art Deco townhouse with an asymmetrical composition, of 1932, signed on the ground floor by the architect Joseph Evers, in Laeken. It belongs to a particularly coherent row of buildings with small front gardens, from no. 149 to no. 157. The yellow-brick façade with emphasised horizontal joints, enhanced with white stone and bluestone, sets the main bay within successive stepped projections; it is fronted by a two-storey oriel on a trapezoidal plan, extended on each floor by a balcony with rounded corners. The soffit is faced with yellow ceramic with a black border, and the entrance is preceded by steps with low walls forming a geometric composition, with wrought-iron railings of geometric design. The glazed wrought-iron doors, some window frames and the front railing survive; the building is recorded in the inventory.
