Art Deco middle-class house designed in 1929 by the architect P. Heine, part of a coherent row of buildings with front gardens (nos. 126 to 136). The three-storey façade, in red brick enhanced with white stone that is now painted, has a recessed entrance porch and an opening with massive cushion blocks. The main bay is marked by a trapezoidal projection beneath a terrace with a stepped parapet, while side wall sections rise above the cornice with curved steps. The cornice and the door have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
