Art Deco house inspired by the Streamline (paquebot) style, signed in ceramic on the base by the architect Camille Breeus, 1935, and designed for a chemist whose laboratory originally occupied the front and middle rooms of the first floor. It belongs to a coherent row of buildings with front gardens running from no. 115 Avenue Bols to no. 91 Rue Laneau. The two-storey façade in light brown brick with emphasised horizontal joints has window surrounds of dark brown ceramic tiles. In the main bay, a bay with one curved side, pierced by a ribbon window, forms a terrace in front of a wide opening; a frieze of stepped bricks and a pilaster rising through the cornice enliven the top. The joinery survives, including the glazed doors with geometric grilles and window frames with geometric glazing bars or stained glass; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
