Art Deco town house of asymmetrical composition, designed in 1935 by the architect F. Michel. It belongs to a coherent row of buildings with front gardens running from no. 115 Avenue Bols to no. 91 Rue Laneau. The red-brick façade is set off with rendered elements; the door, beneath a canopy, is reached by a few steps. A garage entrance is surmounted by an oriel on a trapezoidal plan, and the mansard roof is pierced by two wooden dormers. The cornices and the front-garden railing survive, while the joinery has been replaced; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
