Asymmetrical Art Deco house designed by the architect Jean De Rom in 1924, within a coherent row of buildings with front gardens (nos. 72 to 112). The red-brick façade is enhanced with white imitation stone, white stone and blue stone; the openings of the entrance bay are T-shaped. A full-height trapezoidal oriel with wooden mullions on the upper floor is crowned by stacked boards, beneath a deeply projecting cornice with a coffered soffit. The original door retains its side lights and projecting fanlight with leaded stained glass. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
