Asymmetrical Art Deco house, signed and dated by the architect Joseph Evers, 1925, within a coherent row of buildings with front gardens (nos. 72 to 112). The orange-brick façade is enhanced with white stone (now painted), rendered areas and blue stone. A small recessed porch with a round arch leads to the entrance, and the main bay is marked by a full-height trapezoidal oriel. The mansard roof is pierced by a wide masonry dormer with a triple window, fronted by a scrolled wrought-iron railing; the door with grilled openings is original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
