Art Deco town house designed in 1922 by the architect Pierre Heine, within a coherent row of buildings with front gardens running from no. 75 to no. 109. The asymmetrical two-storey façade beneath a mansard roof is in orange brick, set off with rendered and stone elements, sandstone rubble on the ground floor and red brick on the upper floor. The main bay is marked by an oriel on a trapezoidal plan rising from the ground, beneath a terrace with a parapet of grilled polygonal openings. The entrance steps are covered by a balcony with geometric cut-outs, and the door is topped by a wide transom light and a polygonal oculus. The door with its grilled opening survives; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
