Town house in a functional Art Deco style in Berchem, built for Mrs Charles Guiette, née Thérèse Gevers, to a design by the architects Vincent Cols and Jules De Roeck (1932); the neighbouring house of Pierre Dufour (no. 36), almost identical and mirrored, is less well preserved. Representative of the firm's 1930s work, between Art Deco and modernism, the cornice façade of two unequal bays and three storeys, in brick on a bluestone plinth, is enlivened by a three-sided oriel over the upper floors, articulated piers, a profiled frieze below the wooden cornice and horizontal wooden drip mouldings. The wooden front door and garage door with iron grilles and the steel window frames survive.
