Apartment building in a sober Art Deco style, designed in 1935 by the architects Vincent Cols and Jules De Roeck for the family of the notary Antoine Cols-Spruyt, a nephew of the architect Cols; an extra storey was added by a second application three months after the first. The unornamented three-bay, five-storey façade with cornice is faced with red Belvédère-type brick, with a bluestone plinth and surrounds in white natural stone and artificial stone (Terra Nova). Fully symmetrical, it is articulated by two rising three-sided bay windows that reflect the plan of two identical flats per floor; the steel front door survives. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
