The former Century Hotel (nos. 60-62 De Keyserlei) of 1929, designed by Jan Vanhoenacker, John Van Beurden, Vincent Cols and Jules De Roeck: an Art Deco tower of fourteen storeys marked by colossal oriels, pilaster strips and crowning pieces. To the right, no. 58 is the former Grand Hôtel de Londres, a broader, lower building of slightly earlier date. Around 1980 the whole was turned into the Century Center, a shopping and office complex by E. Posson and Y. Donck.
