Art Deco apartment building drawn in 1936 by the architectural office of V. Cols and J. De Roeck for G. Quaeyhagens, and built by Algemeene Ondernemingen Simons. The unornamented four-storey façade with cornice, in red brick above a ground floor faced with bluestone, is given rhythm by a three-sided bay window rising through the upper floors. The steel front door, signed by the firm J. Gowie of Berchem, is noteworthy. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
