Townhouse in a restrained Art Deco style, built for the wine merchant P. De Brouwer to a 1929 design by the architect Léon Heutz. The project also includes a wine and liqueur warehouse at the back of the plot. The asymmetrical façade of two unequal bays and three storeys, in red brick with white stone for the oriel and surrounds and bluestone for the plinth, emphasises a broad side projection carrying a three-sided oriel and a balcony. The wooden entrance door, the garage door and the wrought-iron balcony balustrade survive. The property is listed in the inventory of architectural heritage.
