Art Deco town house designed in 1927 by the architect Adolphe Van Coppernolle for Paula and Madeleine De Bosschere; modest, it stands out according to the inventory for a strict, "pure" Art Deco whose features are not limited to the decoration. Of two bays and two storeys under a slate mansard, it has a brick façade articulated by varied bonds, which visually lengthen the narrow ground-floor openings and enliven the upper floor with brick bands. A heavy three-sided brick bay window rises to form a balcony parapet; the rusticated plinth, the door canopy and the other blue-stone elements are roughly and irregularly dressed, in keeping with the rustic-cement front-garden railing. The joinery of the door and windows is well preserved. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
