Detached villa of 1929, designed by the architect Joan Coninck Westenberg for L. Willemsen in the idiom of the Amsterdam School; the inventory calls it an "Art Deco villa" and links this manner to a variant of Art Deco, which the architect used the same year for a nearby house. Of a single storey under a tall mansard hipped roof of red tiles, with tall brick chimneys and large dormers, it has brick façades with contrasting rendered sections. The front façade combines a large open corner porch with basket-handle arcades and a two-sided bay window topped by a balcony; the wooden joinery keeps its original glazing bars. In the permit file, the architect also designed the fireplaces of the reception room, living room and bedroom. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
