Town house in a geometric Art Deco style in Deurne, designed in 1931 by the architect Ferdinand Van Mierlo (inscription) for Georges Ronsse. The two-bay cornice façade, in red brick with white stone on a bluestone plinth, concentrates on the axially treated upper part: a trapezoidal oriel and a bedroom window with triple lights, beneath a mitre-arched pediment with fan-shaped relief, framed by stepped brick pilasters. The ground floor keeps its glazed joinery with geometric ironwork; inside, the dining room has a geometric parquet floor. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
