Art Deco town house built for Maria Suy to a 1926 design by the architect Adolphe Van Coppernolle; converted into offices, it now forms part of the Bank Delen complex. The symmetrical natural-stone cornice façade, three bays wide with three storeys under a slate pseudo-mansard, centres on a bel-étage bow window whose vaulted underside is carved with flowering tendrils, continued by an oak-leaf garland. The wrought iron of the entrance door, garage door and balcony is in a floral Art Deco with spirals and flower baskets. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
