The former Claridge clubhouse is a luxurious Art Deco function hall designed in 1930 by Adolphe Van Coppernolle for R. Ancarani. Its three-storey white stone facade has an entrance with fine wrought ironwork and a rounded balcony on the main floor. The programme comprised a hall, bar and games room on the ground floor, a ballroom above and an apartment on the top floor. The inventory records that nothing of the interior fittings survives.
