Art Deco town house built for Georges Van Biesebroeck to a 1928 design by the architect Adolphe Van Coppernolle, still restrained in character. The natural-stone cornice façade, with two unequal bays and four storeys under a flat roof, emphasises the side projection, with a bow window on the bel-étage and a shouldered-arch cornice. The decoration is limited to mouldings and a flower frieze and garlands in a floral Art Deco; the wooden door and garage door, with wrought iron in a typical flower-basket motif, are original. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
