Restrained Art Deco town house built for the client Cerchel to a 1923 design by the architect Adolphe Van Coppernolle; a pseudo-mansard was added in 1933. The brick cornice façade, worked with natural stone and bluestone, has two unequal bays and emphasises the broad side projection with its typical stepped profile. The timber door and window frames, the wrought-iron Art Deco balcony railing and the front-garden railing survive. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
