Townhouse in a restrained Art Deco style, built for Van Reusel to a 1932 design by the architect Adolphe Van Coppernolle. According to the inventory, the design closely resembles that of a house he built around 1928 in the Hazelarenstraat, and here the architect applies a more subdued and stricter Art Deco. The terraced house of two unequal bays and three storeys under a flat roof has a cornice façade faced with natural stone on a bluestone plinth; the asymmetrical composition emphasises the wider and taller side projection, marked on the upper floor by a semicircular bay window on a corbel. The stepped mouldings and crowning and the wrought ironwork of the entrance door are cited as typical Art Deco features; the window joinery has been renewed. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
