Town house in a restrained Art Deco style, built to a 1928 design by the architects Vincent Cols and Jules De Roeck for the banker Count Henry Le Grelle, a partner in the Joseph-J. Le Grelle bank; it was executed by the contractor Pieter Le Cluyse-Janssens of Berchem. Its intended occupant is not known, possibly one of the children of the count, who had the neighbouring house built in 1925 by Max Winders. Of two bays and four storeys under a slate pseudo-mansard, it has a sober cornice façade of red brick, with white stone for the plinth, lintels and surrounds. The garage door and the entrance porch with keystone, both trapezoidal, pierce the ground floor; the windows of the top two floors sit in rising surrounds, and the window breasts are enlivened by an expressive bond with projecting headers. Only the wooden garage door and entrance door are original. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
