An Art Deco apartment building on the corner of Harmoniestraat and Lange Lozanastraat, designed in December 1931 by the architects Edouard Bilmeyer and Henry Claes and built in 1932 for the limited company "Mansio", set up to build and manage it; the inventory regards it as a representative example of the restrained Art Deco of their work. Seven storeys high on a reinforced-concrete frame, it combines white stone facing with red brick for the piers and bluestone for the plinth. Its vertical rhythm comes from strongly projecting bays and from three-sided oriels at the canted corner and the end bays, crowned with stepped tops above the cornice. It contained twelve flats, a shop with living quarters, a caretaker's lodge and three garages; the joinery has been entirely replaced.
