Art Deco apartment building designed in 1938 by the architect Camille Breeus. The three-storey façade, in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints and blue-stone details, is marked by a three-storey oriel with rounded corners, pierced by ribbon windows beneath lintels clad in beige ceramic tiles. The windows are divided by a colonnette and a broad stepped pilaster, which on the upper floors is accompanied by a panel carved with a scroll motif. On the ground floor the oriel incorporates the entrance, beneath a curved concrete canopy and flanked by two stone columns; the original door with its grilled opening survives. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
