Art Deco office building designed in 1941 by the architect Camille Breeus for the engineers Tommelein and Renier. The two-storey façade under a flat roof, in yellow-toned brick enhanced with bluestone, has openings mostly set in stepped surrounds. Above the door, a panel bears the monogram "TR" beneath a tall window lighting the stairwell, which retains its original frames with geometric glazing bars. The ground floor held the caretaker's flat and the upper floor the offices, with a workshop and shed at the rear.
