Town house in sober Art Deco designed in 1932 by the architectural firm of Vincent Cols and Jules De Roeck, with the Merksem architect Jules De Munter, for senator Jozef Nolf, mayor of Merksem. The three-storey cornice façade combines white stone facing on a bluestone plinth on the two lower floors with contrasting dark brick on the top floor; a rectangular bay window over two storeys marks the window bay. Inside, the streamlined wooden staircase around a large top-lit stairwell was illustrated in the architects' portfolio. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
