Town house in the Art Deco style designed in 1930 by the architect Ernest Snoeck, who lived in the parallel street, for Robert Callewaert, who lived in the same street (Reginald Warnefordstraat). Of two unequal bays and three storeys under a slate mansard roof with a central dormer, it has a red-brick cornice façade on a blue stone plinth, enlivened with render in which the triangle recurs as a geometric ornament; the wooden cornice, on trapezoidal modillions, is set between the tops of taller pilasters. The fully rendered ground floor bears the signature "ER.SNOECK/ ARCHITEKT"; its rectangular openings, including a wooden garage door with wrought-iron grilles, have stepped reveals decorated with an Art Deco bas-relief. On the two upper floors a rendered three-sided oriel fills the right-hand bay, set in a recess with stepped sides; the window joinery is recent. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
