Art Deco town house designed in 1935 by the architect Ernest Snoeck, in Sint-Amandsberg, for the Hoffman children. The yellow-brick cornice façade on a high bluestone plinth, with broad horizontal joints, pairs a wide window bay with a rectangular bay window and a narrow door bay, decorated with bands of green brick, that rises above the roof. The original glazed door with decorative wrought iron survives. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
